SuperC WORKSIZE option as ISPF configuration option

Like its sibling in the assembler toolkit, SuperC allows setting a WORKSIZE, which if not specified defaults to 64000.

The default value of 64000 has probably been there since the program came into existence, and storage came at a premium.

It would be useful if the value could be increased through a setting in the ISPF configuration dialogue to something that is more appropriate to the amount of storage currently available on even the most basic System z.

Additional, a larger default size would be useful!
