Request for enhancement to BPX1KIL/kill() to provide a specific return code for killing processes in zombie states

For the following scenario:
-
FOTS3214 cleanup_exit: kill(16777238): EDC5139I Operation not permitted.
(errno2=0x0D100114)
-
Currently this is a unique timing window where the privsep
child process is running without it's parent having a SIGCHLD handler.
As such, when the grandparent tries to perform the cleanup, that process
has entered a 'zombie' state and the kill() fails because the caller
wasn't permitted (no one is allowed to kill() a zombie).

This is a request to suggest an enhancement to BPX1KIL/kill() to provide a specific
return code for killing processes in zombie states, which OpenSSH can
then use to distinguish this condition from others.
