Sysplex couple dataset has insufficient room for growth

Health check XCF_SYSPLEX_CDS_CAPACITY alerts with message IXCH0602E indicating one of the Sysplex couple dataset resources has hit the maximum threshold. Message IXCH0911I informs which kind of resource (XCF GROUPS, XCF GROUP MEMEBERS or SYSTEMS) was it but it does not inform the name of the XCF group neither gives the timestamp of when it happened.
Once one of the resources hits the threshold, the HealthCheck will always alert based on a situation which might not be true anymore. A SYSPLEX WIDE IPL with a NEW couple dataset is necessary in order to reset the high water mark reached.

    This requirement is trickier than it appears. The Members and Groups in a sysplex are not static and information about them, as you pointed out changes over time. We have some ideas that we will add to our future work list that may help for the first part of your requirement. The second part of your requirement, updating an active Couple Dataset is very risky and will not be considered at this time to support HealthCheck functions.
