Provide a JES2 command to display the number of lines an STC has written and at what point it will abend

This concerns tasks that are not cycle more than a few times a year.

When a started task is not cycled often, it can lead to S722 abends due to the amount of lines written. The JCT holds the line count. Even when SPIN is specified, it does not decrements that field. It is continuing to increase the longer the task stays up. This can lead to unexpected S722 abends or require the task to be cycled more often.

A message would be similar to the HASP050 message.

It would be helpful if a command/message could be developed to help us monitor when tasks are getting close to a S722 and plan a cycle.

The command/message should be easy for automation to issue and action.
