Enhance ISITMGD to provide number of gens for PDSE V2 with member generations

The ISITMGD (IS IT ManaGeD) macro provides an indicator for PDSE V1 or V2, and an indicator if the PDSE V2 supports member generations, but does not provide the number of member generations. This interface should be enhanced to provide the number of member generations. For those questioning why a specific interface is being mentioned, it was only recently discovered that ISITMGD provided the PDSE V1/V2 indicator as early as 2013. It seems to be the place to provide the number of generations for the PDSE as well.
