Enhance REXX MVSVAR to return more system-related data

All Enhancements related to Enterprise PLI GETSYSWORD/GETJCLSYMBOL should be also available in Rexx using MVSVAR function or equivalent.

MVSVAR('STEPNAME') Stepname of active Task
MVSVAR('PROCSTEP') Procstepname if any
MVSVAR('SMFID') SMF ID of System
MVSVAR('EXECPGM') Jobstep Exec PGM=
MVSVAR('JOBID') Jobid of Task
MVSVAR('ASID') Adress-space ID

Also a rexx-callable equivalent of PLI GETJCLSYMBOL. e.g. MVSVAR('JCLSYM',......)
would be helpful

    thanks, i have overlooked SYSSMFID

But MVSVAR('SYMDEF','jclvarname') does not return exported jcl vars. it only reports system symbols (at least in zos 2.1)

    Some of this already exists:
    - MVSVAR('SYSSMFID')
    - MVSVAR('SYMDEF','jclvarname')
