Change the Test PPRC status check of HyperSwap API

Z/OS Basic HyperSwap API uses a test I/O to check the PPRC status of all primary devices to verify that all PPRC links are full duplex. This happens every 5 minutes on the base address. If that base address is involved in another I/O f.e. a DB2 I/O with typical longer disconnect times, the test PPRC will fail with messages IOS079I or IOS080I if the fixed timeout value of 1 second is exceeded. If a retry also fails, HyperSwap will be disabled for some time with loss of high availability protection. We would like to have the HyperSwap API PPRC status check design changed, maybe to the method that is implemented with GDPS/PPRC.
