DB2 Backup System, timely release SYSPITR lock when Backup fails

!!!! Not able to select the appropiate Produkt, therefore select a random produkt. Produkt should be DB2 for z/OS !!!!

When SYSPITR lock is held too long this can lead to Groupbufferpool shortages and DB2 is unable to perform GRECP/LPL recovery.
SYSPITR is held for a long time because of HSM initialization of lots of target volumes. In the meantime the SYSPITR is held.
