Increase the maximum number of Functional Recovery Routines (FRR) entries

In the z/OS operating system, functional recovery routines (FRRs) provide means of
recovery when running within SRB routines.
FRRs are set through the SETFRR macro and are mapped by the FRRS control block.

There is always one set of FRRs per processor.

The FRRS control block can hold up to the maximum of 16 entries, pointing to 16 FRR routines.
We request to increase the limit of 16 FRR entries.

PMR 61978,075,724 depicts the problem we have encountered when running
a complex application, involving several z/OS components, vendor products
and z/OS subsystems (a.o. ICSF, OMVS and DB2).

.This cannot be accomplished on current machines. It could only be done with new machine architecture on a new machine.
