Enhance CFRM Policy Editor to Model Impact of a CF Being Unavailable

The primary reason for using Parallel Sysplex is to improve application availability. A key element to achieving that objective is avoid Single Points of Failure. One aspect of that is controlling placement of CF structures in relation to the systems that are using them. Another is the use of structure duplexing for selected CF Structures.
This RFE requests a new function in the CFRM Policy Editor that would report the location of every structure in the event of the unavailability of one or more selected CFs. For z/OS environments that have more than one site, or more than two CFs, this capability would allow staff to easily verify that all structures, especially the primary and secondary instances of duplexed structures, would end up in the intended CF following a planned or unplanned outage of any CF.
This request envisages a 'Model' capability where the user could indicate that the policy editor should display the 'effective' PREFLIST if one or more CFs were to be unavailable. For example, if the current PREFLIST shows CF1, CF2, CF3, CF4, and the user requests to MODEL a configuration where CF1 is unavailable, the new 'effective' PREFLIST would be CF2, CF3, CF4.
This would be especially valuable for structures that exploit the CFRM ability to control whether or not structures should be duplexed across two sites. In that case, the MODEL capability could highlight that one of the structure instances would be moved to a different CF, while still meeting the duplex-across-sites requirement. Or, it might show that the structure would revert to simplex mode if it is no longer possible to duplex across the two sites.
