Check pending structures and perform structures' rebuild more easily when activating a CFRM policy from z/OSMF

When activating a new CFRM policy, sometimes the change remains pending if CF resources are allocated for the structures being modified. Reallocate or structure rebuild is needed in order for the pending policy change to take effect. However, with the current function, there is no way to check which structures are pending from the SYSPLEX MANAGEMENT function. In order to determine which structures are pending, we have to issue D XCF command from z/OS system or other z/OSMF functions (eg SDSF) . Although  structure rebuild and reallocate can be done from z/OSMF, we have to do it from another menu. So we have two requests :
1. We want a menu or pop-up that tells us which structures are pending after CFRM activation. 
2. It is convenient if we can smoothly transition from the CFRM policy page to the structure page with just one click.
