zOSPT - Ability to refresh/synch all XML files from GUI (CP&M - Template refresh)

We were provided an "ExternalVariables.xml" file by IBM that included updates to validation variables for our environment.

After we replaced the file in our USS directory we refreshed the Template via the zOSMF/PT GUI, but it did not pick up the changes made to the "ExternalVariables.xml" file.

We were informed that:
"Updates in ExternalVariables.xml were not picked up by template 'refresh' action. Reason for this issue was due to current implementation that once workflow file (e.g. provision.xml) is updated with workflow editor, all XML file fragments referenced by workflow XML file are merged into the workflow xml file. The merge is being done to provide a unified edit experience rather than forcing you to make updates to each XML fragment. Once you edit workflow xml with workflow editor, any changes made to the stand-alone XML fragment file (e.g. ExternalVariables.xml) won't be reflected back into the provision.xml. IBM expected that any future change to workflow will be made via Workflow editor, which was not true in this case."

This RFE is a request to provide some ability within the zOSMF/PT GUI to refresh the "provision.xml" AND all "fragment" xml files at the same time. Maybe an extra drop down option within the tool that allows this action so that we can synch up with any changes that have been made to these fragment xml files.
