Command $D PROCLIB displays the libraries used for batch jobs and STCs running under JES2. It does not display the PROCLIB concatenation for SUB=MSTR. Since the concatenation can be changed dynamically, we cannot depend on SYS1.PARMLIB(MSTJCL00) being accurate. The D PROCLIB command would solve this predicament.
