OMVS GREP should support z/OS datasets

Many OMVS commands support accessing z/OS datasets using the "//'dataset.name'" but grep is not one of them. With OMVS scripting becoming more pervasive and with the need to access z/OS datasets still a requirement, this is important.

The support is available, with Data Set File System.

I probably need to raise a separate RFE for this but the whole slew of USS/OMVS commands needs to be updated, not only to support MVS datasets but also just to support well-known options that have been available for years on other popular platforms.
For instance, to mention just two:
grep on USS also does not support the -r (recurse option)
date does not support the -d option
