DATAQ option on NETSTAT SOCKET

A new filter 'dataq' on the netstat command would help to isolate misbehaving applications and allow the administrator to use netstat drop to terminate the connection and free the storage in CSM constraint conditions.

    In V1R13, Communications Server provided expanded intrusion detection services. One of these new enhancements was to monitor the TCP send, receive, and out-of-order queues for excessive or older data. Possible actions for this monitoring is to issue messages to the MVS console, provide statistics, IDS tracing, or resetting of the connections where this data resides. Refer to the "z/OS V1R13 Communications Server: New Function Summary" manual for further information on this new function.
