zOSMF - enable JCL edit for software deployment jobs

software management under zOSMF allows for deployment of products to target systems. The tooling builds a set of batch jobs which can then be executed to deploy the software.

The tooling builds the batch jobs in a set way and although it may work perfectly in IBM not all sites are the same. Some JCL modifications are often required. Currently unlike workflows this cannot be done within the tooling. you have to edit the jcl outside the tooling, run the job then manually complete the step within the tooling.

This request is to allow JCL edit within the tooling in the same way you can within workflows.
