JES2 performance problem for duplicated name JOBS

Santander Bank depends heavily for their daily processing on submitting duplicated name JOBS in hundreds and sometimes thousands while communicating with their external customers or what they call CORPORATE CONNECTIONS. JES2 performance needs to be greatly enhanced while handling duplicated names JOBS so that Santander can continue submitting duplicated names JOBS and at the same time experiencing better performance and less contention during their BATCH JOB processing.
