Allow passphrases on a line mode logon to TSO

Currently passphrase support is enabled only for Full screen logon mode to TSO. Please enable passphrase support for line mode logon, (for customized IKJEFLD1 that switches of Full screen mode flag).

    This RFE is an uncommitted candidate to be considered for inclusion in a future release.
    Note for implementation: The USERID/OLDPW/NEWPW structure cannot be changed and cannot be used for phrases, due to phrase structure. New keyword(s) would need to be implemented to accept phrases and would take precedence over the old password values if also entered.
