omvs shell ipcs command does not include date, only time

While diagnosing a problem, the shell ipcs command was used. The output for the ipcs command displays time-information, however, it does *not* include date-information. So, there is no way to know if a 24- or 48- hour window has passed between CTIME and OTIME. On other platforms, the date *AND* time information is given - for example:
