Support for querying PTF/APAR/SYSMOD/USERMOD status from REST API

Hi, I work for the GTS Global Service Engeneering team and we are developing some automation solutions around SMPE and we need a function to query for status of a certain PTF via REST API. This is very critical for IBM GTS in order to automate work.
This is for z/OSMF Software Management Plugin.

    A new z/OSMF REST API has been created to query a software instance for the status of requested SYSMODs. It is available in z/OSMF 2.5 with PTF UI82390. The new "Software Update Search" REST API is described here:
