This is the public portal for all IBM Z Hardware and Operating System related offerings. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

ACEE modification checking introduced in z/OS 2.4 detects modifications to the base ACEE successfully, but if the modifying program is a UNIX program object, the resulting IRR421I message does not show the full path or program name responsible. Instead, *PATHNAM is shown as a placeholder. For example:
"IRR421I ACEE modification detected 304
for user ADCDMST in address space ID 0x0000006E running under user
ADCDMST and job name ADCDA9 while program *PATHNAM is running. The
RACF function detecting the modification is IRRRCK00.
Rsn=0x20008000. (ACEESPEC is ON) (ACEEUSRI: expected ADCDA, actual
ADCDMST). Occurrences 1. Resource=VERY.SECRET.STUFF(DATASET). Call
chain: *PATHNAM"
In addition, if any program (MVS or UNIX) modifies the UID or GID in the USP linked from the ACEE, this modification is not detected.
IMHO, these issues represent a significant hole in ACEE modification detection.
