z/OSMF WLM View Access for staff members who can't update WLM

Please update z/OSMF to allow users who are not allowed to update WLM access to view WLM.

    Agree with comments - this prevents us rolling this feature out. This presents an unacceptable security exposure.

    I totally agree with jowhite's comment. For us it's crucial to be able to extract the policy without augmenting the production rights to "update". We're feeding a WLM definitions db with this data. As zOSMF is "strategic" this shouldn't be an RFE but a defect!

    This function under z/OSMF should have the same security access requirements as it's ISPF counterpart, most shops have strict security rules for update type functions.
