SMP/E unconditional exclude

SMP/E RSU maintenance is standard process for many users. Our case is simple. We applied maintenance and found sysmod which caused problem for our application. We restored sysmod which caused issue. In next maintenance cycle we run RSU maintenance and EXCLUDED unwanted sysmod. To our surprise excluded sysmod was implemented. We learnt that:

"SYSMODs that are superseded by another SYSMOD being applied are not excluded even if they are specified on the EXCLUDE operand."

When applying maintenance users should have control which sysmods they want to exclude, even when they are superseded.
