Set a Preference List for Monitoring System of a Coupling Facility

We think it is important to set which system will be responsable for monitoring full threshold of a specific
Coupling Facility. In environments with GDPS, Ksys should have no product running unless GDPS own, on the recommendation
the GDPS, to not have the risk of causing some impact when GDPS need to perform their functions.
Thus, we have no automation product to monitor the CFs of the structures being
monitored by Ksys, we are without the monitoring full thresholds of structures where a CF is monitoring ofa Ksys.
So we need a form of the no list a Ksys for a Monitoring System of the a CF.
