Identify top users in BPXI039I message

The BPXI039I message identifies the resource shortage, but there is no easy way to identify the which user(s) are contributing to the shortage. In PMR#84352,L6Q,000 - the resource was MAXMMAPAREA -- our normal high water mark is ~4,000, but all of a sudden it spiked to 38,000+.

BPXI039I SYSTEM LIMIT MAXMMAPAREA HAS REACHED 85% OF ITS CURRENT
CAPACITY OF 40960

So clearly a user 'caused' the spike, but we had no way to find out who. The only way we could figure out who, was to set a slip for the BPXI039I message, get a console dump, open a PMR and wait for USS level2 to analyze the dump.

Suggestion is to list the top 5 users (like the AUX storage shortage msg - IRA206E):
