USS tar command support with zEDC

USS tar command support with zEDC Express Adaper for compress and uncompress.
Currently, we need the third vender software with zEDC for compress, but versatility expands if USS tar command can be used with zEDC express adaptor. The CPU Time is reduced for compress and uncompress of large files.

    This item is a valid requirement but it has been long time since it was opened and unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the near future product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.
