IARV64 macro to return guard area

We use the IARV64 REQUEST=LIST macro to list all
HVCommon memory objects. If you calculate the size of the memory objects using the V64WAEND64 and V64WASTART64 addresses returned from the IARV64 macro, it is possible for those numbers to be off because in cases where these memory objects have a guard area set. There are flags returned to identify that there is a guard
area, but nothing to indicate how large the guard area is.

We would like for the size of the guard area for each memory object to be part of the IARV64 REQUEST=LIST data that is returned.

This item is a valid requirement but unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.
