Enable the z/OS FTP Client program to recognize and make use of multiple IP addresses in the answer from a DNS name query

z/OS FTP Client program should have a configuration parameter in FTP.DATA to enable the program to recognize and make use of multiple IP addresses present in the answer from a DNS name query. Currently, the FTP Client uses only the first IP address in the DNS answer, and if the connection attempt to that address fails (times-out or rejected), the CLient gives up and quits. It should be able to try any additional IP addresses in the DNS answer list.

The FTP Client should not terminate until and unless it has exhausted the complete list of addresses returned by the DNS server.
