Allow LU, LISTGRP, LISTDSD and RLIST-commands on behalf of the owner of a component

Implementation of profiles like:
- IRR.LISTGRP.OWNER.owninggroup
- IRR.LISTDSD.OWNER.owninggroup
- IRR.RLIST.OWNER.owninggroup

Userids granted to a profile IRR.LISTDSD.OWNER.$OAB should be able, to list all dataset-profiles with Owner $OAB.
This should include the access-list.

    This item is a valid requirement but unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.

    Thank you for the response. The idea to update DB2 tables is interesting, but probably not the direction we would take. However, we understand and acknowledge the requirement as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.

    Sorry, but this customer of mine does not habe z/Secure. An Alternative may be an process, that updates the DB2-tables in time. We unload the RACF-Database and load the data into DB2-Tables every day.
    If you can install an process (Exit and STC) to update the administrative information in the DB2-Table in time, this would be great.
    Administrative means changes done by administrators per command.
