Need indication in ACS routine that SMSHONOR has been specified

We have a variety of systems that have very different logic in the ACS routines and most of them utilize the UNIT parameter for determination of assignment. As such, it has always been a challenge to get the proper assignment in cases when we want a direct drive assignment through the specification of SMSHONOR on the UNIT keyword. We would like to have some sort of indication through the implementation of a new variable (preferred) or an indication in the &UNIT Read-Only variable that SMSHONOR has been specified in the JCL. This would allow much greater consistency among our ACS routine logic for this specific case.
