Set slip and other diagnostic data capture parameter in z/OSMF

Sometimes the component or products which generating dump is not the root cause component, the dump for related component cannot be captured timely. The customer understands that nowadays it is still very hard to be smart enough to intelligently capture dumps for cross components/products. As a compromise solution, the customer will do PMR analysis from historic PMRs to find some rules of relevance between different components/products, and then customer hopes z/OSMF can provide a UI easily set slip and other diagnostic data capture methods according to the rule.
