Generating SAN Certificate via GSKKYMAN Utility under OMVS

Hello Team , Currently we are generating SAN certificate under OMVS via
utility GSKKYMAN , while choosing certain option 1 /2 etc to generate
the CSR .
We are in a process to transform this manual / labor intensive work in
our environment via some SCRIPT / commands . We are planning to use
z/OS API's to execute the commands which can do this work for us .
Example - We can create a dataset while logging in =3.2 option from
ISPF menu , or we can use TSO ALLOC command with different parms to
create a dataset .
I'm attaching the process what currently our security team does to
generate a CSR , can you please explain other ways script / sequence of
commands through which the SAN certificates can be generated .
Also please refer the PMR for the process what we do currently . Due to the nature of our inhouse process I'm NOT attaching the same to this RFE .
