Improve ISPF 3.17 by allowing CD on the command line

ISPF 3.17 (UDList) is a useful tool but navigating can be improved by allowing the user to enter a change directory command on the command line. This would mean that the command line would need to allow mixed case text to be entered.

This idea is satisfied in the CBT Usermod Collection for ISPF (CUCI). It is available at http://cbttape.org/ftp/cbt/CBT967.zip.

Yes. I have come close to this with a Rexx/Macro that issues SYSCALL chdir.
After that, ISPF 3.17 (admirably) interprets "." as the directory I chdired to.
It would be valuable to simplify this process.

I was able to change the ranking to High :-)

I do agree that the human factors on this one should be considered HIGH.

Although the ranking given to this RFE is medium, the human factors/usability engendered by implementing this function is high.
