Don't truncate column EXCP-CNT in DA Panel, instead show **

Please change the behavior in the DA (Display Active) Panel to show ** instead of truncating the numbers in the case the column-width is not big enough.

In z/OS 2.4 the DA panel was updated to change the column rendering to use a more appropriate mechanism. If the value in the column fits the width of the column the entire value is displayed. If the value in the column is too large for the width of the column it will be automatically scaled to K, M. G etc and will be displayed if possible. In the event that the column is just too small for example 2 characters but the amount is 20M then asterisks will be displayed to indicate that we couldn't fit the data into the allowable space.
