FCTOPPRCP(PRESMIRREQ) failures with ADR935W, while deleting numerous data set just finished Flash Copy on a volume.

System : z/OS V2R3 / DS8886 R8.2 SP 5.1 - 88.25.8.0 (Same configuration MM Primary and MM Secondary)

We run several jobs that consists of DFSMSdss Flash Copy with Preserved Mirror and delete the Flash Copied data set at the same time in daily.
We sometime face ADR935W DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION: 00001E1B-08040FAE messages for some files in the COPY FASTREPLICATION(REQUIRED) FCTOPPRCP(PRESMIRREQ) command streams.

GTF trace shows z/OS issued FC Withdraw CCWs against deleting data set extents tracks on MM primary volume.
When deleting data set on FC target volumes of MM primary to run another FC jobs, FC relationship wasn't removed on MM secondary if FC background copy(BGC) had been completed at MM primary while FC BGC was still running at MM secpondary, because BGC was running independently between MM primary and secondary.
After deleting data set on FC target volumes of MM primary, another dataset FC jobs would be immediately submitted. In this case, if one of the FC target data set would be allocated on the same extent of deleted data set, ADR935W 00001E1B-08040FAE would occur because FC BGC was still running on MM secondary.

To prevent this problem, as one solution, we'd like to enhance DS8K code to remove FC relationship on MM secondary by FC withdraw command to MM primary even if FC relationship has been already removed on MM primary. Any solution can be acceptable for us if the above problem is resolved .

As such, ADR935W occurred in MM secondary volume tracks on which newly allocating data set in MM primary volume FC synchronization, while FC relations has not been withdrawn.
We guess this might happen in very narrow time window, but we just run jobs as manual and there is no description about this.
