SKRBKDC: Support for switching off Replay Detection

We've an application on OSCP. Our security policy says that from docker against z/OS Kerberos have to bee used for authentication.

Actually, per server are multiple instances of docker running / per docker multiple threads. Each thread goes against z/OS. Now, we are getting more and more load on the Dockers and so on the Kerberos KDC on z/OS. This results in massivly Replay Detection Errors within CICS.

We know Replay Detection is a security feature. But it should be possible to switch it off. Changing the application so that multiple gss_init_sec_context()s are done results in massive overhead on the z/OS site.

    I changed the idea priority to low, as our application development department is no longer interested in it... They decided to move away from Kerberos. Unfortunately, this decission was made yesterday.

    Hi IBM,

    are there some news regarding this requirement? Our workload increases continually... We've meanwhile issues in production with that limitation... This is a very urgent requirement for us.
