Improve availability of Z/OS WLM application Environment in Sysplex with DB2 Data sharing

There is a design issue with the Z/OS WLM application Environment for Data sharing Systems.

In Data Sharing Environment we noticed that WLM abend on one LPAR resulted in Sysplex wide Impact.

The basic principle of Data Sharing is high availability, crash of WLM on one lpar should not have any Impact on other healthy lpars in Data Sharing Environment. However with current design of WLM we end up impacting other lpars.
