Setting the FCTOPPRCPRIMARY option default

In a DFSMSdss copy process, using the default for FASTREPLICATION(PREF), copy is processed not using FC. Message : IGD17279I 1 VOLUMES WERE REJECTED BECAUSE OF
PPRC PRIM CURRENTLY ACTIVE
ANTRQST QFRVOLS VOLUME RSN(2)

The only way to resolve this is including the parameter : FCTOPPRCPrimary on the COPY statement .

We do not have that big issue with FCTOPPRCPrimary but do see added value.
What we do have in our side is also some assembler exit coding regarding setting the Preserved Mirror Required option when FC2PPRCPrimary is being used. This is because of our GDPS environment.

We are in the process of phasing out all home written assembler exits where possible. For this we also need a way to configure default behaviour for Preserved Mirror Required option.
For example a parameter in IGDSMS that allows us to let the system default use the Preserved Mirror Required option when FC2PPRCPrimary is being used.
