Make the RECONLIM parameter of TSOKEY00 capable of specifying individual users or groups of users.

These days it is very common place for employees to use laptops. One issue this creates is losing our TSO sessions when disconnecting from the network. One possible solution is to significantly raise the value of the RECONLIM parameter in TSOKEY00 but this is global. It affects every user in the system. I would prefer to have a way to limit this parameter to specific users or groups of users.

I looked for a way to do this via a logon exit but could not find a way to do it. I asked IBM if this were even possible and the response was that at this time it is not.
