    The bulk of this requirement was delivered in V2R2 APAR PI85496. If there are any pieces that are still missing, please open a new RFE.

    A couple of years ago we enhanced NCA to allow IPSEC resuable rules to be added to multiple stacks in batch. From the IPSEC reusable rules panel you can select a rule and pull down Actions->Add to stacks then you can select multiple stacks to add the rule to. Does this satisfy this requirement for you?
