Provide ability in RACF to create digital certificates with multiple Alternate Subject Names Merged

Would like RACF to provide the ability create digital certificates with multiple Alternate Subject Names so that applications requiring them can use a single certificate.

    Thank you for submitting this requirement. It is a duplicate of rfe #115691.

    For now, PKI services is the most secure way to provide the requested function.
