zOSMF Configuration Assistant Usability Enhancements

zOSMF Configuration Assistant usability enhancements:
1. The ability to select and add multiple reusable rules at one time.
2. The ability to select and operate on multiple rules at one time – Delete, Enable, Disable etc.
3.Additional variable support. Especially the ability to supply a variable address group name - such as $LPAR_Group - where $LPAR would be resolved by a Stack Symbol.
4. Ability to copy objects (Stacks, rules, groups, traffic descriptions etc.) from one backing store to another.
5. Ability to define a template of rules and then be able to copy that template to an existing Stack configuration.

For purposes of better requirement tracking and management, this RFE is being split into multiple RFEs that represent the five individual items in the original RFE description field. Item 1 is a duplicate of RFE 79591 (an existing RFE). Items 2 through 5 will henceforth be represented by RFEs 94008, 94009, 94010, and 94011, respectively. This requirement will be closed.
