DEFINE RECATALOG: Check for dataset with volcount > 2 :correct filesequence and all volumes

Recatalog the multivolume dataset in wrong order and or less volumes the dataset is corrupted but the IDCAMS has returncode=0.

Why does DEFINE NONVSAM RECATALOG not check the sequence and the volumecount for the dataset?
