z/OS TSO - Add LOGLINE option to IKJTSOxx LOGON setting

In zOS TSO PARMLIB member IKJTSOxx, add an option to replace macro IKJTSO's LOGLINE setting, similar to how APAR OA57937 did for its LOGTIME setting. If users want to change the default MODGEN(IKJTSO) values for LOGTIME/LOGLINE, they would assemble a usermod for MODGEN(IKJTSO) passing their override values. Recent APAR OA57937 added the TIMEOUT operand to the LOGON statement of PARMLIB(IKJTSOxx), thus obviating the need for the usermod for the LOGTIME setting. However, any LOGLINE override still must be assembled. If the LOGLINE parm could be defined in IKJTSO, that would allow users to forego the custom usermod assembly and just define their values in PARMLIB.

The setting that is being requested to be moved to the TSO Parmlib member, IKJTSOxx, limits the number of prompts during the LOGON process and does not restrict the number of LOGON attempts from a particular connection. The value of this processing has decreased over time and access limiting via the security product is preferred. Given this, this item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan.
