z/OSMF - Support for symbols in query processing for MVS datasets and USS files

We would like to be able to send requests to z/OSMF, through the Zowe CLI component, using symbols in MVS dataset names and USS filenames, such as the symbol &SYSUID, but any symbol known to the z/OS environment, (confer the list of symbols visible under SDSF via the SYM menu option).

    In fact, z/OSMF handles symbols in MVS dataset names well...like &JOBNAME., it's just the symbol &SYSUID. who is not recognized... would it be possible to do something for him?
