Clarify MVSNFS security and port range requirements

The MVSNFS manuals do not clearly identify what security settings can be used for the server and only show defining as TRUSTED. There is no reference to the use of UID(0) and/or BPX.SUPERUSER nor discussions on the implications of using them versus TRUSTED. Failure to set one of these triggers a startup error that is non-serviceable and requires an external CTRACE writer at startup to diagnose. Please update the manuals to explain these settings and correct the code to issue an error message if the setting is no correct.
The other issue is the range of ports needed by the MVSNFS service. It is clear in the manual that port 2049 cannot be changed. However it suggests that the other needed MVSNFS ports can be moved to a different range. What is not clear is that all ports including 2049 must still be in a contiguous port range. If this is not true, then the product fails to start and indicates they are non-contiguous.

Delivered in z/OS 3.1. z/OS NFS server startup will now fail with a GFSA320E message when TRUSTED attribute is not set. Publications mention that ports must be contiguous.
