Permit zOSMF Software Deployment to initialize online target volume

zOSMF Software Deployment's "initialize target volume?" option, when opted, demands the target volume be offline. This requires manual intervention in the deployment of a software instance before and after the ICKDSF/INIT job to vary the device off/on. This reduces the automation capabilities of the deployment process.


Please add an additional radio button option to the deployment dialogs to permit the INIT-ing of an online volume, per the choice of the user. This of course would require slightly different control cards for the generated ICKDSF JCL.
