System wide System SSL Settings

We would like the ability to set system wide System SSL settings at IPL time. We would like a configuration, where we can permanently disable legacy SSL settings (protocols, ciphers, ecurves, keysizes, etc.). Currently, it is up to each Application or Infrastructure Product to both enable and disable specific SSL settings. Qualys Port Scans search SSL and see what is theoretically possible to use, and even though the SSL setting is not configured in the Product, or never has been used - but since it exists in System SSL - it is reported as a Vulnerability. We want to control this at IPL time, and disable all legacy SSL settings. If an Application then wants to enable it for their specific use - they would have to do so.

    Hi
I assume this should be possible when you define a zERT policy that prevents usage of any protocols, ciphers, ecurves, keysizes you do not want. Have you verified this possibility?
