z/OSMF Desktop Dataset Search api - Add support to edit MVS data sets with different code pages

For users who are not very familiar with ISPF, the Desktop Dataset Search feature of z/OSMF makes it possible to work with MVS data sets and unix files.

Currently the z/OSMF Desktop Dataset Search api supports the edit of a unix file with a different code page by clicking or doing the following, right click on the search item and then select open with context menu item where the user can input a different code page. This is currently not supported for MVS data sets.

For the acceptance and usability of z/OSMF, the support of different code pages should consequently also be implemented for MVS data sets and not only for unix files. Unfortunately, without the code page support for MVS data sets, the z/OSMF Desktop Dataset Search api isn't usable in our environment and language area.

Many thanks!
