Add Metadata on object storage

Hi,

We need to add some metadata when we download file to Object storage.

Like sysplex_name, Lpar_name, record_format, dataset_organisation

User_name etc..

The goal is to have more information on the files, and to secure object.

It should be possible to add metadata fiels on request.
